     The transaction process can sometimes be confusing. This is why we have designed a quick Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page dedicated to explaining the process.

How do I transfer funds?

To transfer funds, all you have to do is go to the Applications Desk where you will find on the right column a Notice Slip. By filling this out completely you have submitted a sort of electronic "transfer slip" which will then be processed by our staff at the Banking Department.

How long does it take to transfer?

It can actually take less than twenty-four (24) hours. Once you have submitted your Notice Slip it takes only a few hours to process it. Once processed, a confirmation message is sent to the citizen registered as "owner" of the account number that was put into the form. All it requires a simple response such as "I did submit that form and I agree to the transfer amount." After we receive your reply, it is carried out how you wanted it to.

I would like to transfer funds on a specific date, but I will not be able to submit a form then. Can I submit the form a few days early?

Of course you can. We are here to service you and nothing is an inconvenience to us. When submitting your form you do not have an option of a "Transfer at this date/time." However, once we send you our confirmation in-game you can then notify us not to transfer until a specific date.
