Deposit Declaration Process
The phrase "Deposit Declaration" sounds aggressive, unkind, and unprofessional although it is the appropriate term. This is why we have designed a quick Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page dedicated to explaining the process.

How do I get my money into my account?

After you have filled out a Notice Slip (found at the Applications Desk), go into your account and donate the money to The Authority Bank of Commerce. Remember: You must fill out a Notice Slip first so we know where to put that donation! You will get confirmation after we get your Notice Slip. Please give us up to 48 hours to process it.

What exactly is a "Deposit Declaration"?

A Deposit Declaration is sort of like when you walk into the bank and fill out a Deposit Slip. It is our way of making sure everything has an electronic paper trail so nothing gets lost or missed. All it does is notify us at the Bank of Commerce that you donated money to the bank and tells us where it is supposed to go. It can be found at the Applications Desk on the right column.

Do I always need to fill one out?

Unfortunately, yes you do. Once again, we are fans of keeping an electronic paper trail to better our services and reliability for accurate record keeping. So far we can honestly say we have made no mistakes and have been 100% accurate in all of our account management.

Oops! I forgot to fill out the form! What do I do?

Go ahead and fill it out. There is an option for "Any addition comments / questions?" In there, be sure to be as detailed as possible on when you originally submitted the donation. If it has been longer than ten (10) days then it might be too late as our notification history cuts off at that time. As always, we are here to service you and to make sure you have a great experience. If you ever forget, fill out the form immediately after you remember that you had forgotten.

What happens if I do not fill out the form?

There is really no other way to encourage the use of this precaution than the ultimate: Your donation to our organization will be considered just that - a donation. Without a Deposit Declaration in the form of a Notice Slip we do not know where the funds should go or if you were just a happy customer wanting to help us out. The form also prevents us from overlooking your deposit in our donation alerts because we get over twenty a day.

What are some restrictions on deposits?

Quite frankly, there is only one restriction. All deposits must be in the GOLD Standard. No other currencies are accepted.

Can I deposit into an account that is not mine?

Of course, just put in the correct account number and that is where the funds will be sent to. Anyone can deposit into any savings account, but remember: Only owners can withdraw.
